The hotel was located near train station easy commute to Expo/ universal and bullet train.
Only negative- the bar closed early and we were unable to enjoy a drink, the views and water feature after returning for the day

This hotel was built in 2019, so everything is still very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Staff were helpful, and my room was spacious, with the toilet in its own little room and a large bathtub that was spotless—not a trace of black grime or buildup anywhere. Honestly, it was cleaner than my own at home, so I made sure to enjoy it every day!
If I had to nitpick, the entrance is a bit small and dark since it's mainly for elevator access to the reception floor. From there, I had to transfer to another elevator to reach my floor(not sure if this applies to all floors). But that’s a minor thing.
This was my second stay, and there will definitely be a third!
There’s a great restaurant in the same building, though it’s not part of the hotel—either on the 2nd or 4th floor. I had an amazing kaiseki meal there. My only regret is that I only went once!

Spacious room with a decent view of the surrounding city, affordable price, convenient location, friendly staff. (Only drawbacks for us were a lack of a luggage stand and no room service as there are not many late night food spots nearby.) Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel but missed a few points to get top marks. Excellent location and food, rooms are pretty good but on the small side. Lower marks for no proper air conditioning in the room. Rather than systemic air con, this hotel has those room cooling units you plug in. For anyone unfamiliar with Kanji, I wish you luck trying to get it to cool the room as summers in Osaka are prettay, prettay warm. Its location just along from Dotonbori on the most beautifully lit up street is a major plus though. Breakfast is superb with many options. If the aircon was good, this would be a 5 star review. Staff are very helpful and cannot do enough to assist.

Location of the hotel is the best as it is very close to the metro station. safe and walking friendly. Staff is great. the only problem and is the most serious problem is the internet connection. very poor no matter what time !

Conveniently located in a posh and clean neighborhood. 5 min walk to subway station. Access to expo site , trendy shopping 2 stops away in Umeda .
15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi! Breakfast has good selection western and Japanese . Fresh and delicious. Lovely stay . Will return and recommend

Very clean and nice size rooms. The breakfast is the best ever! They had the best selections and I enjoyed it every morning. They clean the rooms daily if you want. Definitely a hotel I’d recommend and go back again if I went to Osaka

Great hotel overall. However, there were noises from cars racing on the streets few nights. They were really loud. I was already on top floor. Apparently there is a note in the room that you can request ear plugs from the reception. So this is a continual issue. I think the hotel must deal with these issues with the police or authority to stop these from affecting the hotel guests. I also didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant as it was fully booked due to events. The taxi drivers couldn't find the entrance to the driveway and had to go around twice the block.
