Wonderful hotel, very clean, helpful staff. I was able to drop off bags a few hours before checkin to go explore the city. The hotel lobby was accessible by elevator several floors about street level, with a separate elevator to access rooms. Wide select of options for breakfast, very good quality.

Beautiful, modern, swanky hotel and property. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Did not get a chance to try the hotel food or bar. A little inconvenient with the horseshoe design of the hotel - go up to the lobby to go down to the hotel rooms. This especially becomes inconvenient with the large group-travelers with tour guides staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with unusual layout. Registration is on 16th floor and rooms are below, so you take the elevator to registration from the street entry, then take another elevator to your room. Confusing at first but get used to it quickly. Laundry and vending areas were great and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of foods. Clean room with the most comfortable beds we found on our trip. Did not like that the bathroom light stayed on all the time. Overall very nice choice.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel is classy. Short walk to Dotonbori thru the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very safe neighborhood with a Buddhist temple and a Shinto Shrine closeby.

This hotel is clean and centrally located. The restaurant has a great breakfast and the lounge has a beautiful view of the city lights. However there are several things that are not beneficial for most travelers. The bathroom light remains on at all times, which is very disturbing when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, and the bright light can wake you up and not allow you to go right back to sleep. And the hotel layout is difficult to maneuver. Being located in a city high-rise is difficult, but needing to go up in an elevator to the 16th floor to register and then down to the rooms are difficult and inconvenient. It is difficult to remember where you need to go, up or down! And the room keys are set to automatically disconnect on check out day, but since we extended our stay the keys needed to be redone several times, locking us out of our rooms at inconvenient times, and having to go up and down to the lobby to get them rekeyed. Since the rooms and lobby are up and down floors, it seems that you have to continually spend time in the elevator going between floors. Not the best experience.

Even though staying in the hotel with a mini fridge, leftovers cannot be taken out. And no room service. But that is minor compared to how friendly the staff were and how nice the hotel was.

The best hotel we stayed in Japan. The staff were very friendly and willing to help us. The breakfast was great, with lots of fruits (rare find!), vegetables, French toast, juices, croissants, cappuccino/ latte machine, yogurt, eggs, etc. The room was very clean, good size, big comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower and bath tub too. The location is also a plus, 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori, 35 minutes walking from Osaka Station. We would love to come back to this beautiful hotel again.
