3/19-21/26 Great location and friendly staff with excellent security. Our room was a bit small for my wife, our young daughter, and me, but it was clean and had a great view. The rooftop restaurant’s food was delicious. One evening, due to heavy rain, we had to cancel dining out in Kilimani and decided to dine there instead. We were impressed.

Ibis Styles needs to re-train or replace certain staff, especially one of the housekeepers, one of the ground floor bakery workers, and the security guard at the front entrance to the rooftop restaurant. Some staff lack interpersonal skills, such as acknowledging when a customer is at the counter waiting to be served, or questioning a hotel guest about whether their visiting guest has proper ID while in the middle of bringing hotel restaurant food back to their room. I do not plan to stay at Ibis Styles again.

A good option for an overnight stay before starting the safari trip. The room we stayed was a bit small for three people. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
