部屋は狭く、アメニティーは最小限でした。また、部屋の椅子が固い折りたたみ式だったので、あまりリラックスできませんでした。一方、朝食は素晴らしかったです。

Very small room, great staff, very clean and very safe place.

Das Hotel ist ein paar Meter abseits vom Trubel in den Westlands. Daher angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich auch immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Rooftop-Bar ist ein Highlight. Alles in allem ein idealer Ort um Nairobi zu erkunden.

Tiny rooms, but very clean, modern and hygienic (only hotel in Kenya where there was no mold in the bathroom). Good location, very safe, and excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.

Poor customer service from front desk, misleading ad, and room was very small for such a big hotel. And I have to walk all the way across the other side of the building just to iron my clothes.

Ibis Styles needs to re-train or replace certain staff, especially one of the housekeepers, one of the ground floor bakery workers, and the security guard at the front entrance to the rooftop restaurant. Some staff lack interpersonal skills, such as acknowledging when a customer is at the counter waiting to be served, or questioning a hotel guest about whether their visiting guest has proper ID while in the middle of bringing hotel restaurant food back to their room. I do not plan to stay at Ibis Styles again.
