I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it perfect for a restful stay. The location was also great, close to a supermarket and ideal for walking around. It was very convenient to explore the area on foot. Overall, a fantastic experience! Amazing hotel! Would definitely recommend. Brought my family for a short stay. Hotel is conveniently located with walking distance to Tesco and Straits Quay. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. Friendly and helpful frontdesk and concierge. Thumbs up for hospitality. Spacious and comfortable room with exciting movies on Video on Demand to watch. Spacious bathroom with shower head and a huge bathtub to relax. Lovely bedding and towels. Breakfast was great with Asian and continental varieties. Staffs were constantly monitoring breakfast area. Soothing and clean environment to enjoy breakfast. Rooftop pool area with terraced sitting suitable for kids and adults. would definitely come back. Thanks Jazz Hotel.

This is my second visit to Jazz Hotel in just a couple of months, and once again, I had a really pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Met Nasir at the coffee house; great chap with excellent hospitality. Breakfast had a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern yet cozy. It’s truly a great place to unwind, whether for work or a weekend getaway. A few points for improvement: • Hotel entrance (T&G lane): The Touch ’n Go scanner really needs repositioning. It’s difficult to access, and my car rims have been damaged twice because of it. • Jazz Club on the 29th floor: Sad to see such a beautiful space unutilized. The hotel should consider activating it — I wouldn’t mind collaborating if they ever explore that. • TV channels: Not all channels are functioning and could use some attention. Despite these few issues, I will definitely return. Room: #1910

Everything is great except the hotel's soundproofing. I couldn’t sleep because I’m a light sleeper and the engine noise outside was too loud. Luckily the noise become fewer and I can sleep after 1am. It's not the hotel fault but hope to improve it. The price is OK, worth it! Will choose to stay here again.

The check-in process took longer than expected. In addition, the air quality in the room could be improved, as there seemed to be small dust particles in the air that caused my wife to sneeze frequently. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and many of the dishes were not quite suited to our Indonesian taste. We also noticed that the gym area felt quite warm since the air conditioning was not in use. While we appreciate the facilities provided, we feel that this hotel may not be the most suitable choice for us in the future.

untuk lokasi lebih dekat ke lalaport jalan kaki sekitar 7 menit ke jalan alor sekitar 3-4 menit. ke monorail hangtuah juga dekat. apartemen cukup luas, kamar mandinya nyaman cuman sayang kamar yg sy tinggal kaya ada bau2 lembab yang lama kaga kering dan TVnya jadul banget kalau harepin acara TV utk santai di apt karena capek jalan kayanya kaga ada harapan. mungkin kaga semua kamar yah tvnya jelek. check-in nya lama, sampai di jam stgh 4 kamar blm siap dan harus menunggu sekitar 30 mntan.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, washroom is spacious, bathtub provided with bathbomb. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location wise close drive to the city of Georgetown and close to beach as well. Lotus located in front of the hotel. you can get nasi kandar there. The overall experience was pleasant. A good stay. Suggestion to make breakfast more variety and to improve the taste. And the sink structure was weird. Water was spilling out of the sink if I wash my hands cause the faucet is too close to the sink its annoying.

from the first day I entered the room, I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the room floor and bed. There were lots of hair on the bed, the floor was very dusty and there were lots of pieces of paper and food. On the second day I reminded the receptionist to pay more attention to cleanliness, but it was still the same.
