A spacious place far from the hustle and bustle...

Overall stay, it was very fun and relaxing as we just done with our marathon last weekend. We got to rest in the spacious room including the bathtub for body recovery. We also played pickleball there and as a visitor/tourist, it's quite cheap and affordable, it's our third time staying here. Would recommend and will stay again next time. Since they’re far from the city, they’ve introduced many sports there that you could enjoy with additional fees (refer to their Insta & TikTok). Not to forget their breakfast buffet, they served lambs and beef steaks, it was so exceptionally fantastic. Not only we ate breakfast, we also have both lunch and dinner there since it was so yummy, I’d recommend to have their pizza, specifically Smoked Duck Pizza! Ohh also, every Tuesday the swimming pool will be open at 2pm, and I’d suggest for you to swim in the ocean! The waters are all clear and it's safe, just be careful for stingrays! Hehe

The breakfast buffet was completely out of stock. There were no glasses. The Wi-Fi password was unknown.

I seldom write review for hotel, but this round I have to. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The problems began the moment I arrived and only got worse from there. First, despite arriving after the designated check-in time, the front desk staff handed me a key to a room that was still being cleaned. I walked to the room only to find housekeeping still inside. I had to turn around, return to the lobby, and wait for a significant amount of time before my room was actually ready. The bed was uncomfortable and hard, but that was a minor issue compared to the fact that the room had bed bugs. The bites left on both legs are really terrible. I immediately contacted the hotel to report this serious health and safety issue. The management replied to my initial email but then completely ignored all follow-up attempts. This lack of communication and complete disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. So, avoid this place if you don't want to experience what I'd experienced.

Spacious and comfy but need few improvement. We stay for 2 nights during Eid Adha. The bedroom cleanliness was superb even the floor was shining but the bed/sofa material (fabric) a bit old and smells musty/dusty. All lamps are function but the side lamp beside the sofa. The room also complete with big size bath-tub but there are standing water on the bathroom floor. We dont really enjoy the breakfast but the inhouse menu like fire woods pizza, pasta and other menu in Bungamas Cafe are tremendously delicious with reasonable price.

Spacious room, clean, air conditioning functioned well, good food, close to nature, you can do stargazing at night near the pool at night while hearing the ocean waves, recommended

Great hotel with variable service. Kids love the swimming pool, I love the beach and hotel bar. We all love the pizza and the almost never available double beef burger. Quite far from town, so hit the supermarket before you come.

Check in: room only ready at 3.pm Room: spacious and clean. Shower head too old and look dirty. A noisy air-condition. Breakfast: lack of choice. Taste 4/10. If get room rate without breakfast, much better. Beach: the best spot for sunset view. Lobby: Awesome. Got shuttle to town

Front desk should've great attitude and excellent customer service practices. This place have such a nice ambience and view but when you came in at the first place that will represent the whole experience of staying in a hotel is good attitude by frontliners. During my stay, that was a very hectic weekend in there due marathon event or something, I came to check in , and it took me about 30 mins bcuz they're having problem with their rooms booking, I booked for deluxe king but then they offered me for deluxe queen room their reason is they don't have any deluxe king already, they said the price is the same?? Do you think its reasonable? In the first place, if you run out of that room types you shouldn't let it still open for booking , and the frontliners have arguments in front of customers with a black faces and not even a smile, this is totally ruined my whole stay. They ended up put me in a connecting room where I can hear another family stay in the next room with a chaotic child situation. I came here just to have my beauty sleep for a day since my outstation trip in Labuan never let me rest my mind and now I even had a bad day. I've been in a hospitality industry for about 8 years and been travelled and stay in budget and even most luxurious hotel, but this hotel totally should've well trained staff to sit in front desk. Otherwise the view and great place wasn't enough to make returned customers. Some budget hotels have way better standards than this place.

Huge suite room, with separate living room. Beach views, great beach and hotel bar, decent food, cheap beer. A few mosquitos around, but didn't really bother us. Great pool. Friendly, but untrained staff. Overall had a great stay. Will be back.

Services is not good. TV channel almost unreached..don't have laundry bag..but environment & view its so nice

The condition of the room is old and needs to be renovated. The beach infront is beautiful but there is some garbage
