Such a tech forward hotel, my wife and I had a really nice time staying there. Quiet neighborhood too, close enough to transit (tram 5 is right there, Amsterdam Zuid station is a 7-10 min walk). The staff are super helpful too

Good location near metro/tram. Staff are great reception area very causey. Room amenities are new style (every thing inside the room), just enough for a not fussed traveler. That is reflected in lower price in comparison to fancy places. Recommended

It's very expensive and basic. There is no breakfast included, and you have to pay an additional fee for local taxes when you show up. For that much money, I was expecting at least a spacious room. The rooms are very small.

Whenever I am in Amsterdam, this is my go-to place to stay. It's by the Amsterdam Zuid station and in front of several Metro lines. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the Canal Ring area by Metro. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the touristy parts of Amsterdam.

The heat didn’t work - I asked three times to change rooms or have it fixed and was told to wait and that it’s an old building- well I waited for two days and then I had to check out. The staff are sweet but its not acceptable to ask someone to stay in a room with no heat in the winter. Other than that - a toilet in the middle of the room and the constant slam of hallway doors made for one expensive, plastic prison cell. Except in prison they give you a drinking cup - not here though.

The location was very walkable and near public transportation, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My only complaint was that the elevator button on my floor was broken while I was there, so I had to use the stairs more than I would have preferred, but appreciated getting the extra steps.
