It’s an ok kind of place but not my cup of tea don’t like the room sizes Didn’t like the lay out Toilet and shower are like a pod, showers don’t work unless the doors are closed which I get but nothing was said at check in Room is full of tech and if the iPad fails which controls it all, you’re a bit screwed . Staff on the other hand are fab Hotel looks great just wasn’t for me I won’t be back But if your on your own and on a business trip I’d say it was great

Excellent staff. I suggest cleaning rooms more frecuent even if the guest doesn't request it. I stayed 6 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I discovered the application to ask for service too late.

Such a tech forward hotel, my wife and I had a really nice time staying there. Quiet neighborhood too, close enough to transit (tram 5 is right there, Amsterdam Zuid station is a 7-10 min walk). The staff are super helpful too

Good breakfast

Good location near metro/tram. Staff are great reception area very causey. Room amenities are new style (every thing inside the room), just enough for a not fussed traveler. That is reflected in lower price in comparison to fancy places. Recommended

It's very expensive and basic. There is no breakfast included, and you have to pay an additional fee for local taxes when you show up. For that much money, I was expecting at least a spacious room. The rooms are very small.

Not great for business. No iron or kettle in the room, very limited space for hanging shirts and suit. Would be OK for a short leisure stay. Ideally would have a light switch rather than having to wait for ipad to load before being able to switch on the lights.

The location was perfect for me ! you are away from hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to a well connected Metro station. The hotel is so lovely and very modern and I really like it

Breakfast was excellent quality and value. Free additional barista coffees. Everything you’d want from the fruit and yoghurts to the cold and hot food selection

Whenever I am in Amsterdam, this is my go-to place to stay. It's by the Amsterdam Zuid station and in front of several Metro lines. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the Canal Ring area by Metro. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the touristy parts of Amsterdam.
