The overall experience is good, free Mac for quick access to documents. Free printer. 5 minutes walk from Metro/Train/Tram station. But the room is relatively small if you are having a big luggage. Not really much place to hang and toiletries.

Close enough to Amsterdam Zuid station. Many cool designs like self check-in, iPad for room control, and luggage drawer under bed. Unfortunately the room is quite small for two people.

Hôtel bien placé et hyper propre. Très confortable et bon rapport qualité prix. Proximité des transports et du centre en métro ou bus idéal.
Seul bémol je dirais la douche et les toilettes en version cabine pas trop d’intimité.

The heat didn’t work - I asked three times to change rooms or have it fixed and was told to wait and that it’s an old building- well I waited for two days and then I had to check out. The staff are sweet but its not acceptable to ask someone to stay in a room with no heat in the winter. Other than that - a toilet in the middle of the room and the constant slam of hallway doors made for one expensive, plastic prison cell. Except in prison they give you a drinking cup - not here though.

The location was very walkable and near public transportation, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
My only complaint was that the elevator button on my floor was broken while I was there, so I had to use the stairs more than I would have preferred, but appreciated getting the extra steps.
