We liked the valet parking and being greeted at the door and how friendly and helpful the staff were the most. We didn't like that we forgot our togs lol

Staff at reception and valet were particularly helpful and professional. We were upgraded and provided a mini bar credit which was a really nice touch. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was a little noisy but other than that the place was great and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel. Not really international 5 star equivalent. Was advised housekeeping could still be done at 5pm when the hotel is busy - not ideal if you want to relax and enjoy your room in the later afternoon before dinner. We had to ring both days to get our room serviced despite having the service light on from 7am (worth noting I had to do the same during my last stay 6 weeks prior). Housekeeping team really lovely when they turn up however, super friendly. At check in there was no mention of any upgrade despite my Expedia status tier. That said, nice hotel. Good spot. Bus service to the central city and back is great. I will go back.

I haven't stayed at the Cordis for some time and was disappointed to see that their standards have dropped over time. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned to a high standard with mould on the silicone of the bath/shower and the rubber stoppers. I also went to use a towel not long after checking in and noticed that despite being hung up as new, it was still damp and had brown stains all over it. I called the front desk to request new linens and they took almost half an hour to arrive. Given the general lack of care, it made me question whether or not everything else in our room had actually been cleaned. I would not stay here again,

Great place to stay just a bit of a walk to other amenities. The sauna and steam room are same sex facilities so being away with your wife is difficult
