I love it at the Cordis! Amazing breakfast, amazing service in the beautiful chandelier lounge for cocktails, loved the pool, the hot tub, the bed, best nights sleep in ages. Loved it all. Highly recommend

The hotel is nice but we were put in a room that felt old, had several things that didn't work (power outlets, lights, etc) and had a significant amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom

I enjoyed my stay in the Cordis Auckland. I have had mixed experiences with the service at this location. Once on a previous stay, I waited two hours after check in to get my room which is pretty unacceptable for a global brand. I gave it another try and this time the check in process was efficient. The room itself was nice and there was a bottle of wine waiting there as an added extra through Expedia. The pool and sauna were great as well.
My main gripe was the amount of time it took the valet to get my car out of the parking lot. I called ahead and even mentioned at check out that I would like my car brought up. It seemed like the forgot about it because I had to wait 30 minutes for my car.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I might not recommend Cordis Auckland for business travellers when time is of the essence.

Repeat customer. Stayed multiple times.
Had a disappointing experience at the Ourland restaurant.
Asked if all the amenities at property were working at check in. Told yes. However herbal steam room was out of order & massage jet shower also not working.
Offered a welcome gift as a hotels.com gold member that didn’t arrive & then made to feel like I had stolen it when finally delivered when I followed up about it.
It’s all about the staff that can make it a great an experience.
Property always clean & comfortable rooms / bedding.

Only issue was no carpark on site and having park off site. This would be the only issue we found other than that everything was awesome
