All clean and staff are all friendly…. Food is good

Bathroom shower heads in 218 are broken and needs to be replaced. Cant have proper shower as water flow from the heads has no direction resulting to even flooding on the floor outside the enclosure.

The double room is a minimalist type but that didnt bother us, 1st its the outside noise and esp the crowing rooster at 4 am that seems to be just by your window, secondly their tv was so blurry that you cld hardly even watch any channels and when ask for assistance to troubleshoot , at first they said due to the past typhoon the cable needs to be fixed plus repair person wasn't available that day and what shocked us that the reason is that we are in a standard room??? (dont get the logic abt having a blurry tv to whichever room u book) then 2nd day we asked again to get it checked , then technician advice us due to getting a standard room we have only antenna/cable channels and they cant do anything about the blurry tv channels for three days we stayed here ,we dnt mind the antenna o cable at all but them saying that the popcorn tv is good as it is ,they cant make it clearer or better and only premium rooms have smart tv's and our room is just standard, But the so called standard rooms are not cheap per night so dnt know why their rooms dnt have smart tv's, but they dnt have too may so-called premium rooms too & lastly their rooms are not sound proof, u can hear people talking while just walking to your room& so when ur inside ur room, elevator too is too small that it has no sensor and if u dnt hold the open button you surely gonna be smashed in between those doors. But for the staff, i give them 4 stars for being so courteous and quick in responding to calls and concers.

24 hours front desk was a plus and the staff was always ready to help.

The staff there wasn’t properly trained to facilitate guests, especially at night. I arrived there around 10 p.m. and there was no one to greet me nor help me with my luggage. Reception is okay. The room is okay, a bit dark, the sheets are old, the bathroom is good but you could tell that they're not deep cleaning it because the bidet, faucets, and shower heads had a mineral build-up.

Not following instructions

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I believe this is probably one of the best hotels for that area and region.

Lovely hotel in downtown Dagupan. Clean room and facilities. Employees were courteous and polite. My only issue is that the AC takes a few minutes before the AC starts. Overall, a wonderful experience. And the included breakfast was great!!
