Lovely hotel in downtown Dagupan. Clean room and facilities. Employees were courteous and polite. My only issue is that the AC takes a few minutes before the AC starts. Overall, a wonderful experience. And the included breakfast was great!!

對當地不熟悉，所以地理位置好還是不好我不知道
以NT 1500的價格還說，依當下入住的整體設備來說算是偏貴

The staff there wasn’t properly trained to facilitate guests, especially at night. I arrived there around 10 p.m. and there was no one to greet me nor help me with my luggage. Reception is okay. The room is okay, a bit dark, the sheets are old, the bathroom is good but you could tell that they're not deep cleaning it because the bidet, faucets, and shower heads had a mineral build-up.

stained mirror, bread crums on the floor, water not hot wasted a lot of water trying to get it warm but i have to settle for a cold shower instead.

It would be an advantage for you to revamp your marketing as there are not many hotels in Dagupan. We last stayed here more than 10years ago and it looks so run down as of today. Beds were creeking & water stalled many times during showering. Room was so outdate & not enough lighting. Not planning to recommend nor restay again.

Paying extra for breakfast is worthwhile; the beef tapa breakfast and bacon breakfast are very good. Be aware that cleaning will not take place without the customer present in the room. It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies.
