Sejong Hotel

It’s a clean, convenient, staffs friendly hotel. The location is excellent, you will find lot lot of shopping stores, restaurants downstairs.

Old. Other than that, it is acceptable.

Property was old but it is okay very clean convenient very close to shopping only thing is tooth brush they selling it 1000 won which is not nice staff not that friendly outside hotel there is unfair dismissal protest related to hotel management so many people lost job because of Sejong hotel management fired them

Bed was run down. Room slippers were recycled. Slippers were made from PU leather but it feels like 10 years old. The back of the bedroom slippers had dirt and dust. Most doors could not close fully with a few hinges coming off if you were to close it with just a little force. There was no sweeping of the room and you could see a layer of dust on the phone's screen after a night. The ceilings were moldy. The whole hotel was a basically a hotel from the 70s or 80s without any renovation or refurbishments. To make matters worse. They had a group of peaceful rioters camping in front of the main door. Singing, chanting and blasting very loud music from very early in the morning.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean and convenient to all the tourist spots. The location is very close to the station. I do not know the issues but I just wish that we were notified about the on going strike between the employees and the owners. I felt very uncomfortable and anxious coming and going through the picketers that I need to wear my mask, sunglasses and a hat in order to hide my face. Could you please note in your website about this strike so that we have a choice of other hotels. This was very inconvenient for us as a tourist to feel uncomfortable and uneasy crossing the picketers. It was a horrible feeling to do this.

Room was very large and had all the amenties, but could not control the temperature of the room. Consequently, we were very hot. Also, the shower was at a very awkward height. Felt like we were being blasted each time we were showering.

First rate family feel…

An old and worn out hotel. There banner outside the hotel put up by their own employee claiming that they cant provide even basic services as it operate with only 1 employee during night shift. The carpet along the corridor are stained with badly worn out toilet door....therefore cold air can seep into the toilet. The only good thing is the room attendants are polite but i can see that she is very stretch (assuming lack of staff)

Good hotel and location

Very good location to be close to train station and activities. Older hotel, daily cleaning, fridge, tea/ coffee in room. Good view and excellent toilet with seat warmer, options of wash and blow dry for tushy.

Great location and size of room, but limited amount of outlets (even less US outlets).

Hotel is old needs updating. Staff not helpful.

Awesome stay. The elevators are so busy in the morning though. Like I waited like 10 minutes to get in for one that’s not full.

This is a property that checks all the boxes. It is steps away from the subway, regular bus stop, and airport bus stop. Plenty of options for currency exchange (in the lobby and along the street nearby). Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The interior is beautiful; the rooms are clean. We were upgraded to a deluxe twin double during our stay and had an amazing view of Namsan Tower outside our window. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, few steps away from Subway station, If I remember correctly, used to be four or five star hotel back in 80s and 90s, yes it is Outdated but room is Bigger than most hotels in Seoul. Furniture’s decoration is very 80s but very well kept, I know They are having labor issues. I don’t know details of it, but wish them. Good luck.

In a great location, close to transportation. The room was a little dated but still nice and clean.
