Saray Hotel

Rooms are spacious. It is 15 min walk from the center city. The only thing is that they do NOT provide irons to iron cloths. They do have a pricy dry cleaning service.

We came with our car, because there is ‘parking available’ option on their website. However, when we arrived there they said parking 21 Euro per night. I told them there is nothing about on their website, staff said you can park in the street. As you know it is impossible to find space in the street. Therefore, we disappointed.It was stressful for us. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. They were not problem solver.

It was a beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations in every category. It was clean, spacious and its facilities were rop notch. I would definitely love to stay here when next i am in the area or their partner hotels

Plus points, hotel close to bus stops and center. minus points, the hotel is very tired, bedroom very worn. Just 2 coffee pods per day, no milk,no tea. I complained to the hotel but they would not under any circumstances recognise Hotel.com’s membership benefits, they ignored my Plantinum status completely, didn’t even offer a glass of water. In the last 12 months we’ve stayed 36 days in Granada we love it. We have stayed in the Barceló Congress, Senator and Andalucia centre, all were much better with cheaper and much better quality breakfasts, we were treated much better as well. We will be back in Granada soon in 2025 but we will not go back to the hotel Saray, nor would we recommend it. The Hotel Saray was very disappointing, no customer care whatsoever, the other hotels we mentioned are far far superior.

Beware, there was no mention on the website that the pool shuts at the end of September. Only booked this hotel because of the pool. There were various events on in Granada which disrupted the local busses the staff were unable to advise on what what happening in the area

Property was average. But was very shock that they won't offer u any tea/coffee as a welcome or daily offer. Despite paying over £108 for 1 night had to pay separate 19£ for parking yet not even a cup of tea was offered

The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again.

Although the staff was helpful, I was told their printer had no internet connection only to find out that it did. We ate at the restaurant connected to the hotel. I had the salmon taco and instantly threw up. It smelled fishy and tasted really bad.

Hotel just away from centre but only a 10 to 15 minute walk in. There are a limited number of restaurants nearby but plenty towards the city centre.

Great hotel and located within walking diatance to the town.

We had an amazing stay, it definitely is going through renovations as our room didn’t resemble the ones online. But the location is amazing and the hotel is lovely. It’s a really reasonably priced place, bed and breakfast at that price and quality is impressive.

Beautiful hotel,nice staff

I liked the decoration and aesthetics of the hotel and the staff at the counter. In the 3 days I didn't go swimming in any of them, despite the extreme temperature. because the area is too small for so many people and on top of that there is no separate pool for the kids which makes it even more confusing. The room is satisfactory and so is the breakfast area. But I'm not considering going back.

Nice Hotel. Fairly central at least for our purposes. Pool was great, lots of seating.

Nice Hotel with most staff very pleasant. Internet however is terrible. Had issues with room servicing which was inconsistent. Our concerns aside I would still recommend staying there.
