Saray Hotel

Unfortunately, this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional service at a hotel reception. During my entire stay, I never even heard a simple “hello” or any basic courtesy that you would normally expect from professional staff. First, I was given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I had to return to the reception to request another room. The overall attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I constantly had to ask and figure everything out myself — where things were, how services worked, and whom to contact. There was no initiative or willingness to help from the reception staff. I chose this hotel because of the many positive reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. Would I return to this hotel again? Absolutely not.

The rooms are big with high ceilings, comfortable beds, everything was clean and overall a good experience. The only criticism I have is that there was no free drinking water in the room. There was water in the minibar fridge but non that appeared to be free and readily available. That aside our stay was very pleasant.

This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Due to a clear technical error in the booking app, my reservation date was shifted by one week. I contacted support immediately, but neither the hotel nor the platform helped, and I was forced to pay twice for something that was not my fault. After check-out, the receptionist told me not to drive to Alhambra due to Semana Santa and assured me I could leave my car in the parking. I trusted this advice and paid for a full day, but a few hours later I received an aggressive call demanding I return immediately or my car would be towed. Because of this, I had to interrupt my visit to the Alhambra, which I had booked weeks in advance and traveled specifically to see. I lost the main purpose of my trip. When I returned, the parking was almost empty, which made the situation even more frustrating. Very poor customer service, misleading information, and completely unacceptable staff behavior. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

Location was good. Parking available but chargeable. Breakfast was good.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, die Umgebung des Hotels ist auch super. Zur Stadt läuft man circa 15 Minuten. Die Betten sind angenehm, habe gut geschlafen. Die Zimmerbar ist gut bestückt. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend, hatte aber schon besseres. Im großen und ganzen hat es mir gefallen, das Personal bei Ankunft spät Abend fand ich unpersönlich. Keine Erklärungen zum Frühstück, WIFI etc. Kenn ich anders, auch in Spanien. Aber Hotel war sehr schön und Granada sowieso.

Pues más o menos bien, la cama la noté un poco rara, no sé, no es que fuera incómoda pero no sé cuando me sentaba crujía un poco. Las slmohadas perfectas, el baño bien también. Hubo algo que no me ha pasado nunca en ningún hotel en el que me he alojado antes y es que a pesar de que habíamos hecho el check in a las 12 y cuarto del medio día, no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 5 menos cuarto de la tarde. Y eso que nos dijeron que para las 2 estaría, pero cuando llegamos a las 4 y pico nos encontramos con que no estaban aún las habitaciones. En fin nos esperamos pacientemente porque pensamos que las camareras de piso por alguna razón se habían visto sobrepasadas. Pero luego el dia del check out, pedí si podian dejarnos la habitación hasta la una y media, y el chico que me atendió me dio un no rotundo. En fin, espero que esto no nos vuelva a ocurrir, es un hotel que nos encanta y siempre se nos ha atendido muy bien y con un trato de calidad excepcional.

Habitación bien, personal excelente. Llame porque me había dejado un pinto y me lo guardaron. Inconvenientes, el baño quizá necesita una mejora y no tenían servicio de plancha para poder plancharme una camisa

Excelentes habitaciones y personal muy amable. Cada vez que voy a Granada intento quedarme en este mismo hotel.

Parking was full so had to park in underground parking 5 minutes away.
