電気ポットがなかったのは残念

部屋にポットがあれは良かったです。

壁が薄く隣の人の喋り声が普通に聞こえますが、他には何も問題なく、快適に過ごせました！

排水管が若干臭いましたが、朝ごはんやベットは快適でした。

思ったより古いホテルだったがスタッフの対応は丁寧で良かった。中心部にも歩いていける距離で近くのバルは夕食が安く食べられた。スーパーも二つ近くにあり買い物にも困らない。

プールがあったり、ロビーには噴水があったりとオアシス的な印象のホテルでした。スタッフも丁寧で皆さん笑顔で対応していただきました。 部屋も清潔で感じが良かったのですが、こちらの文化なのかスリッパがなく気になる方は持って行った方が良いかも。

部屋はそこそこ年月が経っている様でしたが、スタッフが皆さんフレンドリーでサポーティブ。朝食もバラエティに富んでいて、満足出来る滞在でした。

O hotel é ótimo. O quarto que ficamos foi maravilhoso. Todo renovado, espaçoso, com a decoração linda! As camas, lençóis, toalhas e roupões extremamente confortáveis. O banheiro perfeito, com duas pias e um secador de cabelo incrível. A janelas e porta são anti ruídos. O hotel tem um bar no último andar com uma vista linda da cidade. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente simpática, educada e atenciosa. Não tem garagem grátis...é cobrado 22 euros por noite para estacionar, mas na rua é possível achar vagas. Eu voltaria sem sombra de dúvidas.

Unfortunately, this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional service at a hotel reception. During my entire stay, I never even heard a simple “hello” or any basic courtesy that you would normally expect from professional staff. First, I was given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I had to return to the reception to request another room. The overall attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I constantly had to ask and figure everything out myself — where things were, how services worked, and whom to contact. There was no initiative or willingness to help from the reception staff. I chose this hotel because of the many positive reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. Would I return to this hotel again? Absolutely not.

The rooms are big with high ceilings, comfortable beds, everything was clean and overall a good experience. The only criticism I have is that there was no free drinking water in the room. There was water in the minibar fridge but non that appeared to be free and readily available. That aside our stay was very pleasant.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, facil caminar hacia todas las atracciones turisticas. El desayuno era bueno!

This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Due to a clear technical error in the booking app, my reservation date was shifted by one week. I contacted support immediately, but neither the hotel nor the platform helped, and I was forced to pay twice for something that was not my fault. After check-out, the receptionist told me not to drive to Alhambra due to Semana Santa and assured me I could leave my car in the parking. I trusted this advice and paid for a full day, but a few hours later I received an aggressive call demanding I return immediately or my car would be towed. Because of this, I had to interrupt my visit to the Alhambra, which I had booked weeks in advance and traveled specifically to see. I lost the main purpose of my trip. When I returned, the parking was almost empty, which made the situation even more frustrating. Very poor customer service, misleading information, and completely unacceptable staff behavior. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

Location was good. Parking available but chargeable. Breakfast was good.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, die Umgebung des Hotels ist auch super. Zur Stadt läuft man circa 15 Minuten. Die Betten sind angenehm, habe gut geschlafen. Die Zimmerbar ist gut bestückt. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend, hatte aber schon besseres. Im großen und ganzen hat es mir gefallen, das Personal bei Ankunft spät Abend fand ich unpersönlich. Keine Erklärungen zum Frühstück, WIFI etc. Kenn ich anders, auch in Spanien. Aber Hotel war sehr schön und Granada sowieso.

Perfect place to stay in Granada, we really enjoyed it! Comfortable room, very clean. Friendly staff. Recommended!
