Great place. Very close to the Wengen station, and the vibes are immaculate. Very helpful staff too. The room was clean, spacious, and the breakfast also great!

Really great hotel, with kid friendly rooms. The staff are wonderful, the property is clean, the breakfast is delicious and the bar is a great place to unwind. Good food close by and easy access to the train station. With no A/C, the bunk bed/family rooms are quite warm in the summer. It takes a bit of getting used to, but we would still stay here again.

Amazing location, stepping out to amazing views. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and healthy, they also had a water fill station with coffee downstairs that was very convenient. Staff was friendly. The only issue is the rooms had a weird step down from the walkway which made it a trip hazard every time we came out of our room

It was a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Wengen. Perfect location to the train station. The breakfast was very good and plenty. A good variety of food. There was plenty of staff. And all very friendly and helpful. Anita who checked us in was very efficient and helpful. The spa and pool were an added bonus and we loved it ~

My stay here far exceeded my expectations and I did wonder whether there was anything else I would suggest, but there was nothing I would add. As a solo traveller I found the hotel to be very accommodating and would return here with friend and family. The breakfast was good and had options for different dietary requirements, although if you’re vegan it may be worth double checking ingredients with the team. Everyone was so well mannered and helpful. At times, it felt like I was using the facilities for the first time as they were so clean. There is no air conditioning but I didn’t find this to be a problem at all in warmer weather as the room stayed quite cool naturally. The spa was barely used and I found the experience so peaceful. Well done to the team here!

Excellent location in the beautiful quaint town of Wengen. The hotel staff was friendly and helped answer any questions we had about excursions in the surrounding areas. The hotel bar was a nice spot to unwind each night. The room was spacious and very clean with an excellent view. We will definitely come back when we return to Switzerland again!

We went las lt week to Wengen and stayed in Braunbär Hotel!! We just loved everything there we are a family of 3 and is the perfect hotel for families!!
Breakfast are amazing they were included and the amenities are just so Great designed!!
Also Great location and you can schedule the pick up and drop off is free service!!
The spa is amazing and the pool is warm and nice for families after a long day walking around!!
The rooms were super comfortable and big and our room had balcony!!
Is also Close to the malinchen gondola station just in front ahhh and the staff so helpful the answer all my questions special SARAH in the front desk area she is amazing and Beyond!!!!!!!!
Another plus it has a little playground for young kids where you can go and play with them and relax with a coffee in the meantime!!
We will come back is just so great there!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only feedback would be to limit the pool to adults only. Several times there were rowdy kids in the pool while we were there that ruined the spa experience for us.
