Excellent staff- always helpful and courteous. Hotel was well kept and the restaurants located on property, were fantastic! We are Hilton Diamond members and were very pleased with our family stay at the Hilton Taipei Sinban!

The outdoor pool was great when it was not raining or thundering. It was shared with Caesar Park hotel. Elevators took alittle longer than I like to wait. Overall rooms were clean and nice. No microwave or ice bucket in the room. Location of hotel not that bad as its only 5 minutes short walk to Banqiao train station to take MRT and HSR line. Overall 4 star. Buffet was ok...not that great.

The hotel and the room are nice. Some staff are friendly and helpful, while some need improvement. We also stayed at Hilton Kyoto during this trip, and the staff at Kyoto are so much more friendly and helpful. Also, the room did not supply wash clothes (small square towels), which should be a standard. We had to remind the staff almost on a daily basis. This needs to be improved for a hotel in this standard. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.
