The hotel hardware was great but the staff especially those in the check in counter and lobby could have been a bit more friendly, they are very polite but we didn’t feel the warmest. Just doing the job they are assigned. Also the passage to the bridge connecting the subway was not lighted in the night after 10.

A hotel that you can walk from MRT over covered shelters , skyway even in the rain . There is a Mega City shopping mall 3 blocks away with food court and multiple shopping choices . This is also connected to MRT , High Speed Rail station about 2-3 blocks away . The bed is decently firm and comfortable for me and breakfast is decent . All employees are observing , polite , helpful and always say hi . I’d stay here again.

Beautiful hotel - but very, very busy - lobby was always bustling, sometimes a wait for the elevator. Staff were friendly. There was a wedding photo shoot/preparation of some sort happening beside my room Saturday - lots of traffic in and out of the room and slamming of door. Camera equipment all over the hallway floors. Not exactly. Pros and Cons. Not ideal.

The hotel was clean, convenient and nice location. After more a month stay in the hotel, the stuff who received me to check out was terrible. He had attitude. I asked me to split my payment because the stay fee were to be covered by my corporation and the service fees was supposed to be covered by myself. That stuff seemed not liking the request to split the payments and receipts. Then, I asked him to give me 2 large envelops to separate corporate and personal receipts my receipts, he said yes, I know in unfriendly way, as if I was bothering him. I felt that my long stay in that hotel was not appreciated and value. I was disappointed. I hate giving poor review, instead I ignore the review but in this case, I feel it is important to voice up as I believe stuffs in such nice hotel need to keep the high standard and be friendly from day 1 of staying of their guests until they check out. Thank you !

Hilton Taipei Sinba is a branded hotel that lives up to its name in cleanliness and service. We booked this hotel because we wanted to have peace of mind regards a comfortable place to stay and one with a window view. Needless to say, we were not disappointed . Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries provided were excellent but there were not razors , combs and toothbrushes etc. probably due to their reduce disposables project . The bidet and the warm toilet seats make toileting pleasurable . Ours was a corner twin unit has absolute privacy and wonderful sound proofing walls. We didn’t hear any sound from any rooms; the beddings and towels were clean and there’s nothing to fault the hotel except lobby lack seating spaces for those awaiting transport to fetch as most of the common areas seats were taken . Lobby is a tad small by Hilton’s usual standards. Our concierge were wonderful in recommending and directing us in our exploration. A shout-out to both concierge Justin Chan and Elva Perng. They were effectively bilingual and could also understand our needs speedily. Hotel staff are aware of local festivals and made good recommendations in view of weather changes and able to read our nuances. Housekeeping staff were also nimble and ensure fresh towels and water were replenished and beds done properly and on time before guests return to room. Location is a stone throw from bus station and metro, and also malls and restaurants. Overall, a dependable and wonderful experience.
