We felt welcomed, the staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast at the river cafe terrace is marvelous! The waitstaff was very attentive, welcoming, the service was excellent! The assistant director of food % beverage, Fredrick Salazar, greeted us everyday and provided world class service!

The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon.
