Everything at the Penninsula Bangkok is excellent from the attention to detail, the location,the staff are in our opinion the best in the world.The food is incredible and the property is maintained to the highest standards. The pool areas are immaculate and everything is thought of.We cannot praise this hotel and the prople eho work there highly enough.we would love to return here again. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Had to wait 45 minutes to check in - even though I arrived at the check in time of 2pm. This adversely affected the rest of the day. A distinct lack of real plug sockets. Deluxe room was very small. Only plus is the balcony - otherwise poor value for money.

In general service is very nice and I can understand that the hotel has been considered a nice hotel. However; its age is starting to shapre the perception of the hotel. Rooms need a renovation. Broken elevator implying long waiting time to get up/down. No response on online chat service despite employees reading messages. Not sure if management is sufficiently paying attention to details and feedback from its customers.

Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible.

Lovely hotel with gracious staff. King size bed with balcony was perfect, loved our view of the river. Being able to walk to iconsiam was great (or you can take the hotel boat). The pool area is beautiful and relaxing.

L'hotel accuse un peu le poids des ans mais les chambres sont propres et grandes. Les parties communes sont très bien décorées et le tout est de grande qualité. Le personnel est aidant et souriant. Ce fut un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Si nous revenons à Bangkok, nous n'hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau.

Wonderful hotel, takes you back in time a bit. Quiet, classy, authentic. The riverside location is a peaceful refuge within the bustling city. The river boat transit was a fun addition. Steam room and sauna were a great wellness addition for the day. Thanks also to the lovely staff.
