Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square

Rooms were extremely small and cramped for a “suite”.

Our room included a sleeper sofa, which worked well for the third person. The room had a six-foot divider wall, which made it feel like two room in one. We appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in the room, too. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus, and the omelet station was an added bonus! Took advantage of the nightly happy hour, too.

We had a great day. The service was very good. It was nice to have the happy hour and the breakfast was excellent. My only issue was the blow dryer in my room wasn’t working. It was blowing out cold air no hot air and my hair was a mess.

House keeping is awful

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early before check in and the hotel held our luggage until check in time so we could start sight seeing. Our room was very clean. The location was very convenient to Times Square. Breakfast was pretty good. The area where breakfast was served was small so it was sometimes difficult to find seating. Overall we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed being in the thick of it all! Our room had issues with the toilet and housekeeping never came our last day when requested. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were smaller than other Embassy Suites, but that's to be expected in NYC. The breakfast buffet was not as robust as other Embassy Suites. We were unaware of the $30 daily resort fee which was shown as "if applicable". Excellent views of the Empire State Building!!!! Early check-in was a bonus! Heat, AC, good water pressure, and comfy bed! Overall, a good stay and we would stay, again.

Excellent choice, good location, clean and comfortable room, everything pretty new.

It was okay. I was sooooo disappointed because something went wrong with the local TV stations and we planned on watching the college BB games and then the Oscars for this trip. It was so cold so walking around wasn’t an option. That was a big disappointment. Then the 30$ a day fee that I DID NOT USE AT ALL. Was something that’ll keep me from ever staying again.

Ok, old hotel good position, ok breakfast

Hi Team, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Here are the issues I encountered: Warm Water Issue: I checked into the hotel on February 21, 2025, at 8 PM, and everything seemed fine initially. However, the next morning (February 22, 2025), when I tried to take a shower, there was no warm water. I immediately contacted the service team, and they advised me to run the tap for 5 minutes, assuring me that warm water would follow. After 10 minutes, there was still no warm water, so I called again. I was repeatedly told that the boiler had been turned on and to wait, but it took a total of 40 minutes before warm water was available. This delay caused my wife and me to run late for a 10 AM appointment, which was a crucial part of our trip. Shower Door Issue: The shower door wouldn’t close properly, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating a messy and inconvenient experience. Flickering Light Issue: A light near the TV kept blinking continuously. Since I had booked a city-view room to enjoy the ambiance, this was disappointing and negatively impacted the experience. Toilet Paper Holder Issue: The toilet paper holder had fallen off, making it unusable. I had to pick up the toilet paper from the floor each time, which was inconvenient.
