A Truly Exceptional Stay Thoughtful, Warm, and Unforgettable From the moment we arrived, our experience was absolutely amazing. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but very few have made me feel as welcomed and genuinely cared for as this one did. A couple of months before our visit, I called to mention we’d be celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. When we walked into our room, we were blown away. The hotel had gone out of their way to surprise us with a beautiful arrangement of pink, silver, and white balloons, including a big “21” balloon. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and my daughter was so surprised and thrilled. Throughout our stay, we received check-in texts twice a day, asking how things were going and if we needed anything. It made us feel truly taken care of. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom that felt surprisingly roomy for New York City. We even had a view of the Empire State Building, which made it feel even more special. One of the unexpected highlights was the complimentary happy hour from 5 to 6:30 pm. Guests 21 and older received two drink coupons per night, good for wine (red or white), beer, or the signature cocktail — which I believe was a margarita. There was also a great spread of snacks including chips and dip, a veggie and cheese charcuterie board, and a Greek yogurt with granola that made for a perfect little treat before dinner. Walkable to Time Square, New York Public Library. Close to Penn Station and subway stations. The hotel’s free breakfast is very nice. It offers the free afternoon beer, wine and snacks.
