I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Here are the issues I encountered:
Warm Water Issue:
I checked into the hotel on February 21, 2025, at 8 PM, and everything seemed fine initially. However, the next morning (February 22, 2025), when I tried to take a shower, there was no warm water.
I immediately contacted the service team, and they advised me to run the tap for 5 minutes, assuring me that warm water would follow. After 10 minutes, there was still no warm water, so I called again.
I was repeatedly told that the boiler had been turned on and to wait, but it took a total of 40 minutes before warm water was available. This delay caused my wife and me to run late for a 10 AM appointment, which was a crucial part of our trip.
Shower Door Issue:
The shower door wouldn’t close properly, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating a messy and inconvenient experience.
Flickering Light Issue:
A light near the TV kept blinking continuously. Since I had booked a city-view room to enjoy the ambiance, this was disappointing and negatively impacted the experience.
Toilet Paper Holder Issue:
The toilet paper holder had fallen off, making it unusable. I had to pick up the toilet paper from the floor each time, which was inconvenient.
