My husband I just left Enjoy after being there a week. We had a wonderful time. Great pool and restaurants there. Would definitely stay there again… but would come when it is still in season so more places and amentities would be open.

I stayed in this hotel years ago. You can see the lack of maintenance everywhere. The pool area was awful. The pool is lacking hundreds of mosaics. There was only one person making omelettes with a line of 8-10 people every breakfast. The lobby is old and needs renovation. Punta del Este is a beautiful city with plenty of places to stay. Chose a different one. Forget ENJOY

Vou a 22 anos, todos os anos para o Enjoy ( desde quando se chamava Conrad).. contudo, neste ano, notamos as famosas " economias" que não deveríam existir num hotel 5 estrelas..(retiraram dos quartos as pantufas, caneta, bloco de papel, balde de gelo), banheiro com vazamento, quarto antigo e ao pedir para mudarem, negaram.. mesmo diante de um cliente de mais de 20 anos.. existiam mimos como chocolate dado pela camareira.. que não tem mais.. saudade do antigo Conrad...
