Estimados, Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profundo malestar por la atención recibida por parte de la funcionaria de recepción, Cecilia, durante mi estadía en su hotel. Desde el momento de mi llegada, la funcionaria mostró una actitud poco cordial, evitando responder cuando le hablaba y transmitiendo una imagen de desinterés total. Además, insinuó que la habitación que se me asignó era una “categoría de cortesía”, cuando en realidad fue exactamente la categoría que yo había comprado y abonado previamente. Por otra parte, durante mi estadía dejaron de funcionar las llaves de la habitación, lo que me generó una molestia adicional, y a pesar de haber reservado con late check-out, no recibí la atención ni las facilidades correspondientes a este servicio. Considero que este tipo de trato no está a la altura de un hotel de la categoría que ustedes representan. Solicito que se tomen las medidas correspondientes y se me brinde una respuesta acorde a la situación vivida. Atentamente

O hotel nao dispõe de tudo que é oferecido. Na chegada não tem carregador de mala e nem na saida. O quarto não oferece a cama que é descrita no anuncio, pois nos ofereceram 2 camas queen ou 1 cama king e quando chegamos no quarto havia 2 camas de viuvo. A internet cai o tempo todo. A Boate Ovo que tem no Hotel nao estava funcionando. Reclamamos na recepção sobre o quarto e a boate e eles ignoraram. Ficamos decepcionados. Esperávamos um Hotel Classe A e no maximo que damos é nota 6.
