The staff is English speaking and the hotel is at a very good location with walking distance to all night good cafes, shopping streets, or the infamous train street! The staff is very accommodating and they even have a free jacuzzi to relax after a tired and hot day!

The hotel is clean and new, the rooms are spacious, just like the hotel photos posted, the beds and mattresses are new and soft. Each person gets two large pillows, and there is also a small sofa to sit and relax. The rooms are far apart so there will be no noise, disturbing each other, the soundproofing is also quite good compared to other hotels (I went to Sapa and met another hotel that did not have good soundproofing so I could not sleep well at night). L'harmonie staff are friendly, cute, the breakfast is delicious although there are few dishes, there is also a swimming pool on the 9th floor. The staff was also enthusiastic in showing me a restaurant for lunch (delicious) and booking a car for my family, in general, the service is excellent, there is nothing to complain about. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, my family and I will stay here again. The hotel location is near the old town and also near tourist attractions so it is very okay.

The location in the old quarter is convenient for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes with reasonable prices, the receptionists and waiters are very cheerful, enthusiastic, polite, always smiling with customers, the family room is spacious as advertised, the breakfast does not have too many dishes but is complete, the pho is delicious, in general I rate the hotel 10/10, if I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi I will return to this hotel.

My stay at La Siesta Trendy is always very nice. I come to this Hotel quite often because I really enjoy my stay every time. Service is super nice, rooms are clean and cozy, restaurant is delicious and even if it can be very crowded in some period, I can always relax. I had the pleasure of staying at La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel and Spa, and it was by far the best hotel experience I've had in Hanoi. The staff was incredibly kind, with special thanks to Julie, who showered us with care and warmth, even presenting us with a lovely gift on our departure day. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Live piano music in the lobby added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. The rooms were outstanding; I've never slept on a more comfortable bed, with perfect pillows and a mattress. I haven't encountered pillows this comfortable even in Europe, which is a huge plus! The rooftop bar served amazing signature cocktails with a breathtaking view of the city. It was the perfect way to unwind after a bustling day of exploring Hanoi. For those seeking relaxation, the spa offered an amazing massage experience in the evening. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating! Thank you so much for hosting me.

This hotel is highly recommended. I enjoyed my entire stay here. All the staffs are very hospitable and always smile for you which gives you good vibes on your day. It has nice view on rooftop and breakfast is good especially the Pho which is best for rainy day. I also like the dragon fruit. And they gave me a dragon fruit juice as welcome drink. The location is perfect too which is nearby the center of Hanoi and you can walk around Old quarter. Definitely I would stay here again when I’m back to Hanoi.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!
