The first thing I noticed even before arriving was how friendly the staff are. I always make sure of my online booking by contacting the hotel directly upon arriving, and Jenny was really helpful, answering all my questions in great detail, even making me a detailed itinerary for my trip to Ninh Binh! During my stay, Jenny even helped us to book a restaurant reservation and making sure I took the right cab. The room and bathroom were clean enough, the breakfast was okay. I will definitely book this hotel again in my next stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

We stayed a total of for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative of all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.

This is our second time we have stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel. It is in the old quarter and just a few blocks from Hoan Kiem lake. It is very quiet and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly. We required 3 rooms and they were all on the same floor which was very handy. Highly recommended for a hotel stay.
