意想不到地出色。一到步，櫃台小姐笑容可掬迎接我們，給我們一張地圖熱心為我們介紹附近景點。上到房間給我的感覺是漂亮且寬躺，放下兩個行李仍有空間走動。令我驚訝的是房間竟附送早餐！才47USD一晚竟包含早餐？早餐一點也不馬乎！可以點餐仍有小量食物自助選擇。可謂麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。 十分滿意本次住宿，爸媽住得非常開心，不停讚賞早餐出色。我會推薦大家點越南雞河，不要小看它，河粉比一般街鋪好吃哦！

飯店位置相當好找，服務人員非常親切且提供的所有服務都相當好，房間非常乾淨安靜，甚至提供免費的當地水果，且附贈的早餐選擇多樣又好吃！

Super friendly and helpful hotel staff gave us warm and home experience! Great breakfast with a lot of variety of food and quality! Convenient location within city! Greatly recommended and will definitely stay with Holiday Emerald if we come to Hanoi again!

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Our experience was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. They provided information about where to go and good restaurants. They even drove me to the restaurants to buy take-away. :D The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel also provided different fruit everyday. The hotel is in a good location and it is close to weekend night market. I would like to stay in this hotel next time too.

Warm hearted and friendly staffs always with smiles on face and very helpful in providing tour info. Fruits provided in room change everyday, the various food for breakfast with good quality. Very Nice price to stay at such wonderful place with five stars service.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and enjoy it each time. The staff is friendly and they have a good breakfast. It is a short walk to the Hoen Kiem Lake.

Excellent location in old quarter. We were in the family which was large and clean bathroom. A little damp on ceiling in bedroom

We stayed a total of for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative of all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.

4日間連泊しました。小さなホテルなのでレセプションとの会話もゆったりとしていて、和やかです。いろいろアドバイスもしてくれました。ロケーションもよく、市内中心部の観光地はほとんど歩いてまわれます。豪華なホテルではなく、飾り気はないですが、使いでがあります。

The room is clean and neat. Timi, the front desk man was very nice, friendly and helpful to us. He was so accommodating and always there to offer you something even if you already check out and hanging at the back of the lobby due to later departure. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, convenient to shop around the vicinity. Will recommend this hotel. :))
