My stay at La Siesta Trendy is always very nice. I come to this Hotel quite often because I really enjoy my stay every time. Service is super nice, rooms are clean and cozy, restaurant is delicious and even if it can be very crowded in some period, I can always relax. This is a wonderful property. The room was very large, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned and spacious. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and very hospitable. They always greeted me and smiled every time I entered the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by local Vietnamese restaurants, and just a short walk to the noisy Hanoi Old Quarter. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely a great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were cozy and clean, with good water quality too.
The location is perfect – right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to many shops and tourist attractions.
Their breakfast was nice, and I loved that they served pho every day – my comfort food while in Vietnam.
The staff were extremely friendly, which made us feel welcome.
We even decided to book again after our two-day trip to Sapa, staying here for a total of four room nights. Definitely a place we’d return to next time!

Classy Boutique Hotel
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful.
This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the amazing team for making my trip so memorable!
