I booked a room on behalf of my younger brother from Saigon. She had a short vacation of 2 nights and 1 day here. Friendly staff is probably the biggest plus point at Imperial. I was extremely impressed with their enthusiasm when welcoming me CI at midnight and when the CO helped me move all my luggage onto the car and waved goodbye. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I still think I will choose to stay at Imperial.

Very pleasant one night stay for my family of 4 and my elderly parents. This hotel is at the heart of everything. All the staff are very helpful. The hotel manager John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable right from the start, assisting with setting up the lamp in my parents’ room and also with a luggage zip issue they had. The rooms we had were very spacious and the bed that we had in our room was the biggest we had had for a hotel room in a long while! Thank you John and all your staff for making our stay so memorable!

Great location! Situated in the back of a street so you can have a restful night, but still be close to all the attractions within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was a plus and good food. Hotel is a little dated but well-kept. Would stay here again

I loved this property, loved how central this property was. Although the area is noisy and overly crowded, it's what gives it the special touch for being in the Old quarter. In the end, they gave us some coffees and a gift for our stay. The room was small but the bathroom and shower were giant. The breakfast was good and all the decoration of the place is very nice. They say they gave me a room upgrade but I'm honestly not sure about that, since I'm VIP Platinum and the hotel was VIP Access. I recommend it if you want to get to know the center of Hanoi and be close to everything.

Room is spacious and looks nice. Bath looks ok but a bit dated and needs improvement. On one of our stay the bathtub/shower wasn’t draining but after I told front desk they were able to fix it. Front office staff were the best! They’re very helpful. They even went above and beyond by walking our 4 luggages to our taxi that’s a block away due to road restriction. Would recommend this hotel for its location and staff’s demeanor. thank you guys

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Our first night the tv remote did not work and there was gum on the hallway carpet. The free breakfast was average. I had diarrhea after the breakfast. The free bottled water offered I suspected was reused tap water. The value was overall decent.
