I booked a room on behalf of my younger brother from Saigon. She had a short vacation of 2 nights and 1 day here. Friendly staff is probably the biggest plus point at Imperial. I was extremely impressed with their enthusiasm when welcoming me CI at midnight and when the CO helped me move all my luggage onto the car and waved goodbye. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I still think I will choose to stay at Imperial.

The reception is very cute, the hotel is a bit old, but the toilet in my room was not cleaned when I entered. I informed the front desk, they gave it to someone to clean it

The hotel is more than expected. The room was clean & the staffs were very nice. It takes only 3 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake.

Room is spacious and looks nice. Bath looks ok but a bit dated and needs improvement. On one of our stay the bathtub/shower wasn’t draining but after I told front desk they were able to fix it. Front office staff were the best! They’re very helpful. They even went above and beyond by walking our 4 luggages to our taxi that’s a block away due to road restriction. Would recommend this hotel for its location and staff’s demeanor. thank you guys
