The hotel is small, cozy but the room is lovely, quite airy, very cute, nice decor, fully furnished, unexpectedly, including iron and bridge, very convenient for guests. The staff is siu lovely, good and polite. I will recommend to my friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too—it’s close to many popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes, which made exploring the city super easy. Classy Boutique Hotel
The hotel is in Old Quarter, which is easy to walk around the town. Banh Mi25 is super close, 5 steps. Staffs are super nice, thank you to Alice, Cristina, and others that I couldn't remember the name. Such a great time to stay.

The Oriental Jade Hotel
The hotel is in the center of West Street, so everything is complete and convenient, there are many restaurants. Beautiful rooms. I went to Hanoi on a business trip at 2am, but the staff still warmly welcomed me and helped me carry my luggage to my room. I asked to book a taxi, the reception also enthusiastically supported. If I have a chance, I will come back.
