Besides the people nexts door from us was watching us thru the side of the hole in the wall everything was ok the food was very overpriced breakfast for 2 ppl shouldn’t be $100 a day, the people are very different some of the staff don’t talk to you like the ppl that stay on the resort as well just nice but not a friendly place to stay but the staff and everything was ok . Don’t know if I would book again

Horrible hotel. No one ever comes to pick you up at your room, showers don’t work terrible water pressure, air condition don’t work. Charge high prices should give you better stay and management at hotel is terrible and unprofessional

Epic fail. Consyruction on property beyond. Restaurants and bars not open, staff around pool was non existence. Not worth the $1000.00 per night

We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times.
Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again.
