Great hotel, good service, clean rooms, and very helpful staff. Beautiful view.

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

It was such an amazing stay and experience, the hotel staff are friendly, the room was amazing, and the location is really strategic.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's in the city center, so it's very easy to look for places to eat and shops, because everything is within walking distance. There's also a bus stop which was at the front of the hotel, so it's very convenient to travel to other places.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb, surrounded by malls and restaurants, near the Bukit Bintang MRT. Highly recommended!

Really good budget hotel. Room, bed, bathroom were clean. Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff welcoming, we were given a drink at check in. The location is super convenient, literally right in front of a monorail station, and only a 7 minute walk through a mall to KL Sentral. Also only a 20 minute walk to the botanical garden and national museum, by cutting through this mall, exit KL Sentral on the other side, through another hotel's parking lot and crossing the motorway (accessible by foot, there's a pedestrian way). Would stay here again.

Overall, my family and I have a nice and wonderful stay here. My kids even asked for us to add more nights to our stay 😅. We took 2 premium junior suites with complementary access to meals provided at the executive lounge.

The location is absolutely strategic—it’s right in the heart of Georgetown, close to local eateries, cultural sites, and convenience stores, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and overall cozy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort, convenience, and service, I highly recommend Tune Hotel Georgetown. Definitely be coming back!
