The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a nice mountain view. The food is also approved, with a wide variety and you can choose from it. The swimming pool with a mountain view and of course the water is warm, great, plus there is a playground. Next time at Amarta Hills.

Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone. What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I had such a lovely stay at Senyum World Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything feel easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel has so many family-friendly facilities—it’s impossible to get bored here. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Overall, a truly pleasant and memorable stay!

The price is very affordable, it's nice, clean, fragrant, and friendly. Close to Batu town square and other attractions, it's strategically located. Perfect for families and children.

We just spent a lovely weekend at Kontena Hotel and had such a great experience ✨, especially as a family with a young child. The hotel has a unique container-style design that’s both stylish and Instagram-worthy, but what stood out the most for us was how kids-friendly it is. Our daughter absolutely loved joining the cooking class where she decorated her own donuts! 🍩 She got to choose the toppings herself and proudly brought home her sweet creations.

I've stayed for 2 nights and it's really a great hotel. They have their own theme park, like a playground and waterpark. Many activities for families and it's kids friendly. Obviously, I will make this hotel as my list to come here again.

A very pleasant hotel, especially if you're traveling with family. Relaxing facilities are available. From the rooftop cafe, you can see the beauty of Batu City. The cool air makes you forget about life's problems for a moment. You have to try it yourself.
