Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel area is nice, clean, appreciate the many options for dining in-hotel. Overall the highlight is how prompt and helpful the staff were!

Small compound. Very clean and convenient. Excellent services. Great hospitality from the hotel management. Delicious traditional breakfast food. Located close to Ijen Crater (1 hour) and also not far from the city center (less than a half hour). We stayed there for two nights, and we had a great time. Will definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who would like to explore the neat city of Banyuwangi.

Highly recommended and great value for money as well. The host are just fabulous and friendly ❤️ We arrived late at 9 pm and were offered hot tea and coffee. We stayed in the double langsat room. It was very nice, huge, and most importantly, sparkling clean! The bed was comfy, aircon and hot water worked well too. I also love how the room have many space to put your lugagge and hang your clothes. Whats best is the fact that they use energy saving system to convert the energy generated from the aircon to power the water heater. How cool is that? Nb: They also arrange tours to Ijen.

The place is quiet, beautiful, cool, the rooms are clean, the food is mantep, near karangasem station, very worth it.
