Everything was great. The room and bathroom were super clean and tidy. The facility is more than standard. The location is only a few meters from Baloga and it has a nice view, is quiet, and has fresh air. The staff hospitality was fantastic. Fast response. Check-in and check-out process also very easy. All facilities from AC, TV, shower, hot water, wifi, are functioning well. The room is clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The shared kitchen is clean, quite spacious, the rooftop view is amazing, you can watch people paragliding too. Next time I go to Batu, I will definitely come here again.

Just tried this inn, but thank God I'm very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean room, cold air conditioning, soap, toothbrush, tea, coffee and mineral water are available. Clean towels and sheets. This is my second time staying here when traveling to Batu.. The place is homey, feels like grandma's house.. So it brings back childhood memories.. The room is clean.. The toilet is also clean.. We are satisfied with our holiday on Sunday, the place is comfortable, the rooms are clean and the service is extraordinary, we can do whatever we want, the staff are friendly and always helpful from arriving until we go home, God willing, we won't be deterred from staying here, hopefully next time there will be a swimming pool warm one.

We spent 3 nights at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang during the Christmas holiday, and it was a truly memorable family experience. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The kids enjoyed every moment, while we appreciated the calm surroundings and thoughtful service that allowed us to rest and reconnect as a family. Celebrating Christmas here felt special, peaceful, joyful, and full of meaningful moments.
