I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

I had a very memorable stay at Harris Hotel (Bundaran Satelit) Surabaya. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast options available. All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.

The service is very good, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable for resting.

The chefs, staff, and employees here generally work very long hours. This is a sign that they're comfortable working here, so it's no wonder their hospitality towards customers is so extraordinary. Even the chef has been the same since the early 1980s; their fried oxtail soup is incredible. Elmi = hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, deliciousness.

My first experience at a Holiday Inn Express was very impressive. From the friendliness of the staff and the strategic location to the city center, I will return to Holiday Inn Express Surabaya for both business and leisure. May Holiday Inn Express Surabaya continue to be a success.

The location is excellent, right in front of the neat and clean town square. Nearby are the Governor's Office, nice cafes, minimarkets, and offices. The location is quiet, and the hotel's cleanliness and service are also top-notch.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

I always book Hotel Fave Surabaya for my guests from Jakarta, and they love it. The location is super practical for West Surabaya and just minutes from Pakuwon Mall. Rooms are clean, comfy, and the price is really reasonable for the value. Staff are friendly too. Hope Fave keeps giving more special discounts in the future! Thank you 🙏
