Stayed for 5 nights. The home service team left a sweet message with treats 2x. Upon check out, the receptionist also gave me a small nice departure gift. Breakfast was excellent, room very clean and bright. It's not about the treats/gift, but their gesture which makes the guest feel appreciated and well taken care of. Definitely will go back.

The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding.
