The location is great. Very close to train station, Aeon, and Atre. Service is amazing. I got 1,000 yen discount coupon too to use to redeem for in-house meal. They have this Tirtoir room for us to pick our own hotel amenities, free refill. There’s a free shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea and back to the hotel as well. Hotel stuff is friendly and informative.

Family friendly hotel close to disneyland, disneysea there is a shuttle bus and pick up again for the room is big can accommodate 4 adults, very clean and comfortable basically the best hotel we stayed in is this hotel we were five and took 2 rooms. In the lobby there is a lawson and near the hotel there is a 24-hour coin laundry that dries immediately and folds without ironing.

Very strategic location, just across from the Disney Resort Line's Bayside monorail station. To get to that monorail station, we can either walk or use the shuttle bus. Next, buy a ticket on the Disney Resort Line to get to Disneyland, DisneySea, or Maihama JR station. There is a Lawson convenience store and a Yamato luggage delivery service counter on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. For those coming from the airport, you can take the airport limousine bus and get off at the hotel lobby, which is very practical and comfortable.

An okay hotel if you’re looking for cheaper accommodation option to go to Tokyo Disneyland/sea. If you arrive at Narita, use the airport limosine bus to Shin-Urayasu (bus stop no. 12) cost for 1900 Yen/pax. From Shin-Urayasu station you can walk around 15 minutes to the hotel. We arrived at evening with 1 tandem stroller and 2 big luggages, the weather was nice so the walk was manageable. Hotel has comfortable beds with a rather tight room design, need to squeeze to pack/unpack big luggage. They provide breakfast for additional 1250 Yen/pax. The most convenience is the free shuttle to go to (and return from) Disneyland as it saves your time and money. When you check out, use the last free shuttle in the morning (10.20) to go to the station to save you from walking. We traveled along with 1 toddler and 1 baby...overall, we had a nice stay here!

Nice apartment, I stayed 4 nights with my family (4 people). The place is clean, all you need for cooking is right there. Near the Kasai Station, 5 minutes walking to bus and train. I will recommend this apartment for your vacation with your family and I'm sure will stay again in this apartment if I go to Tokyo next vacation.

It was a great addition to our Disney trips. Stayed 3 nights in the triple room which is comfortable for 2 pax and our luggages. Room was comfortable and amenities are adequate. This is the best hotel for me so far! It was like an apartment. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has a kitchen, fridge, storage room, and washing machine. The first floor of the hotel was Lawson, across the hotel was a pharmacy, and around the hotel there were plenty of restaurants. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the train station and 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Yes, it's located in a great location with a reasonable price. I really love it! If you have plans to go to Disneyland or DisneySea, I really recommend this hotel for you to stay. It only takes 20 minutes ride by bus to go to Disneyland and DisneySea. The front desk was really kind and helpful. They don't speak English fluently, but they will try to help you wholeheartedly. Thank you!

If you want to go to Disneyland Resort, then staying at this hotel was one of the perfect options. They provide a shuttle to and from Disneyland in various schedules, and it was a free facility from the hotel. The room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 kids (age 8 & 11). Konbini was very close next to our hotel. We had a good time staying at this hotel 😊.
