Me and my daughter went to Seoul... and we're so glad we chose this hotel. The location was great. It's not exactly right in the centre of Myeongdong street, so it's less noisy and crowded. Loved it. The staff were great (all speak English very well 👍). The room was clean. Overall very recommended.

I’m super satisfied with the service and how clean it is! It is super comfortable to stay. It is located at Cheongdam and near decent options of restaurants and a mini market. Will stay here again if I have a chance to go to Seoul again.

Excellent location. Complete privacy. No disturbances. Great help from the staff for our luggage's even though there is no porter. Casino’s just next door and it’s loads of fun. Will definitely come back again !!!

An enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room is clean, the staff are kind and very helpful. It is located near to Myeongdong night market and Olive Young. No need to worry about food, where to eat, etc because there are plenty to choose from and walkable distance too. Love it! Till next time, aloft!

Great location, super convenient since the airport limo bus stop is just a few minutes away. The bus stop and subway are also just in front of the hotel. Myeongdong street night market starts from the hotel. Halal food is also available. Namdaemun is just walking distance.

The hotel is 5 mins casual walk from exit 1 Hongik Univ Station, the neighborhood is super hype, it really represents vibrant Hongdae (where you can literally find anything from culinary to big brands of fashion to cosmetics). The hotel itself is comfy and clean, the laundry coin is one of its best facilities. Thank you L7 Hongdae! Will definitely (re) stay here for our next visit Seoul!

It's the best located hotel in Seoul as just directly opposite to Myeongdong. The metro is just 300m away. The hotel is so clean and very quiet stay. Besides, convenience stores like 7-Eleven and G25 are so near. I highly recommend this place as everything you need is just walking distance.

The check-in process was very fast & the room was clean. I really like the amenities & smart TV has varieties of apps that I enjoy. They also provided free shuttle bus (as well as its printed schedule) to airport, which is convenient to use.

Grand Hyatt Incheon
I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation.
Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers.
I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
