The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean, the facilities are complete, there is an iron, kettle, bathrobe, rubber slippers for the bathroom and warm slippers for the room, amazing ❤, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sapa.

The hotel is close to the center, just a few steps to the square.
The staff is extremely friendly and proactive.
There is a clean shower and toilet area for visitors who arrive early in the morning.
When I stayed, the room had a problem with the lock, but the staff quickly helped me change to another room.
My room also came with a voucher for a foot bath, which was very nice.
I will definitely come back next time!

The rooms here are very spacious, clean, fully equipped and the mountain view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly. I have stayed in many rooms from 2-5 stars but have never seen any place clean the room as carefully as here. Overall, it is worth staying when coming to Sapa. Nice hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. We arrived in Sapa at 6 am and were able to leave our luggage. We were also able to leave our luggage when checking out. This hotel has the best service.

Nomadtrails Boutique Hotel
It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. Big windows made the foggy scenery even more mystical. The staff were very friendly and let us check-in sooner when we arrived. Thumbs up! We have a pleasant stay here.

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.
