The hotel is really worth it. The facility is still new. The price is also affordable. Access is a bit difficult, but it's actually safe. The service is also good. Thank you.

The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.

Satisfactory for a backpaking like me

It was a very pleasant 3-day stay at Aston Hotel Bintaro Jakarta, the atmosphere was comfortable, the hotel staff were all friendly, there was a problem with the AC and then they gave a solution to move to a new room, wow, the service was really prompt.. I was very flattered... Good service.. Then the food at breakfast was also varied and tasted delicious.... The parking lot was spacious, the hotel environment was clean and comfortable, complete with a swimming pool and gym. Anyway, I will come back again... It was fun like being at home...
