nice room, with door separate so when the service come in, privacy still ok. bathtub ok, vanity ok. nice view when sunlight comes in. spacious enough to activity. breakfast on room, not on the resto. service good and well. room lighting was good.

Located in Kemang, this hotel has a unique design and facilities as a Japanese Hotel. The facilities included Tatami Room, Onsen, Yaki stand, Japanese restaurant. All room include a capsule styled bathroom with bathtub. The Tatami Room is very unique and comfortable. TV included local and global channels. Whats surprising is the price is relatively affordable with complete facilities for a 4 star hotels. There is an additional option for decoration. Staffs are helpful and friendly

Completely satisfied with the service of staff, HK, bellman, security. Tidy room, wide space, Wi-Fi speed, etc. Definitely will be going back for the next trip. Bravo

Loving their hotel theme and the retro vibes here. The breakfast is good and their a la carte menus are delicious. All staffs from front office-housekeeping and f&b service are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for another stay.

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. This hotel is all above board with what you pay for, punching way above its class of its price point. Room interior was clean, nice, and immaculate. I expected nothing and had so much more than what I paid for. Hope they'll keep up the good work.
