I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, but the extension price was significantly different. The main course for breakfast is highly underrated. It tasted awful and was incredibly oily, especially the fried rice. But the desserts were delicious, especially the green bean compote. The fruit was always sweet. The housekeeper who cleaned the room was top-notch. Much nicer than the staff in the lobby and restaurant. The hotel is old but well-maintained. The security guards were also friendly and kind.

Good service commensurate with the room rate. Attention to detail is needed to improve comfort. The pool is clean, and the lobby area is infested with mosquitoes at night. Staff were quick to assist. Upon arrival, the bidet was broken. It's best to check the room before using it.

The room was ok...but when I first arrived, I had 2 children and luggage. There was no help from the security staff when I checked in and wanted to enter the room. There was no coordination with the staff to help me with the luggage.

Amaroosa Cosmo seems unprepared to handle a full booked condition, especially with a large group. I booked 4 rooms that day. Valet parking was handled by only one security guard (a real hero, because he was capable and quick), but the queue was still long. We arrived at the hotel after 2 PM but could only check in at 4 PM, with the reason being housekeeping was still working. Upon entering the room at 4 PM, none of the rooms had towels. The towels were still being "picked up" from somewhere. Even after the towels were at the hotel, they weren't immediately distributed to the rooms that lacked them. The room refrigerator? Dead. The AC in the dressing room for the event on the 9th floor? Dead. It seemed to still be dead even after our event finished at midnight.
