I am very satisfied to have booked a room at Terraz Tree Hotel for my parents during their visit to Jakarta (Dec 30-Jan 5). The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.
