The staff are friendly and super accommodating... They are so helpful from the moment I stepped into their lobby. Will stay here again if I visit the area.

The accommodation have spacious and comfy room. The breakfast is delicious with various menu. Located in strategic location.

All staff start from security front, front office, housekeeping, management all nice, friendly, and do their jobdesk very professional. Very recommended if you find a hotel to stay if you have a business around Kuningan City area.

Feeling more than extravagant here! Surprised that we got free dinner buffet with unlimited cocktails and wines. Dinner and breakfast spread are spectacular. Spacious bed, good facility for pool and gym.

Few times stayed here, same impression. Consistent. Any kind of travelling purposed such as backpacking, transit for few days, or anything, I chose stay here if I was trying to reach out Central Jakarta.

+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.
