The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr. Denni. Thank you for your help and support during my stay. I was also very impressed by the breakfast team. On my first day, I informed them that I am lacto-intolerant, and by the next morning they had already arranged plant-based milk for me. Their attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

This is my second stay here. A five-star hotel close to a well-known mall. The price is still reasonable, with hotel amenities and access to several nearby destinations, such as Tebet, Pancoran, and Kuningan. The room I booked was exceptional. I initially wanted to change rooms, but the receptionist offered me one. However, I chose this room because it had a bathtub. Once again, this is a highly recommended hotel, with its proximity to Pancoran, Kuningan, Tebet, and the surrounding areas. It's also within walking distance of Kota Kasablanka Mall. The ambiance is tropical, classic, yet modern.

The swimming pool is great for kids, with a kids-sized pool. Check-in was also smooth with Ms. Meilani, who was very friendly. The rooms are top-notch for a new hotel 😍

It was a satisfying stay here with my family. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The toilet was clean, the shower gel was delicious, and it smelled fresh. The hotel looks well-maintained even though it's an old building, but it's still in good condition and is a heritage hotel in Jakarta. The location of the hotel is in the city center, making it easy to reach Jakarta's downtown and business center. Good for spending a staycation in the heart of Jakarta city with family. We can join in Car Free Day on Sunday morning. One of the nice 5-star hotels with an affordable price.

The hotel staff is friendly from the security, receptionist, room service is very very good, especially the two ladies at the reception and also the man who cleaned the room and the room service is very excellent.
