The staff was very friendly; we checked in late but were given a 1:00 PM check-out. Furthermore, the breakfast was quite varied.

There are plenty of food stalls and local eateries around the hotel, making it very convenient to find meals. The location is also great—only about 500 meters from a shopping center. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers good value for the price. The hot water works well, the air conditioning is reliable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.
